Augmentative and Alternative Communication Evaluations
Comprehensive AAC evaluations helping to match individuals with low tech/light tech communication systems and speech generating devices (SGD) to begin to trial.
Licensed in Oregon and Washington States.
Insurance accepted. In-network with: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Providence Health Plans, PacificSource, MODA, OHP (Open Card Only). Please contact for current out of pocket rates.
*mileage may be added if outside of Portland Metro area. This will be discussed BEFORE any appointments are confirmed.

Telephone Consultation and Programming SGDs or Creating Light Tech systems
will be prorated for time spent on individual tasks
telephone consultation will be billed for conversations lasting longer than 15 minutes. Time spent talking with clients and/or other providers on the client's team will be billed. Client will be notified of collaboration with other team members prior to billing.
